THE TEAM
Monet Ward has been riding and training horses in dressage, hunter/jumper, and eventing for over 30 years. Having the opportunity to ride hundreds of horses and overcoming some incredibly difficult obstacles, Monet has been groomed to offer the most advanced and insightful training to equestrian enthusiasts of all levels.
Monet trained with United States Dressage Federation President and United States Equestrian Team member, George Williams. During this time she also coached many young riders who have since gone on to compete at national levels. She has successfully shown through Prix St. Georges in dressage, and through Preliminary in eventing. After spending many years on the west coast, Monet brought her unique methods of bio-mechanics to central Ohio in 2010. In the fall of 2011, the doors of Exalt & Salute were opened and in 2013, she was a featured clinician at Equine Affaire. Monet is available for lessons, training, and clinics. |
Ron Ward attended Otterbein University and The Ohio State University. He faithfully served 27 years with the Franklin County Sheriff's Department, working in all areas including Patrol and finishing out his service in the Civil Division. Ron now enjoys keeping the order (and the peace) in all areas of the farm ~ including Monet (happy wife ~ happy life!), maintaining the grounds, equipment, and all areas of the business. When not patrolling the farm, Ron can be found enjoying a round or two of golf.

Isaiah is an 11 year old, 18h, Dutch Warmblood gelding, out of Grand Tiara. Raised by Monet from birth, he's a big puppy ... friendly, goofy, and endears himself to everyone he meets. He made his show ring debut in 2009 by winning both of his classes. He continues to teach Monet about equine bio-mechanics and we look forward to seeing more of him in the show ring soon!
